Ingredients
- 4 T unsalted butter, melted + about 4 T butter for frying
- 1 C flour
- 1 ¾ C milk
- 3 eggs
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 2 T sugar
- ¼ tsp salt

1 yellow cake mix
1/2 C sugar
1 small box Vanilla instant pudding
3/4 C veg oil
3/4 C water
4 eggs
8 oz sour cream
1 C chocolate chips
