- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 tsp table salt
- 1 cup lukewarm water
- 2 tablespoons half-and-half
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup pickled jalapeño peppers
