By Mrs. Hodges

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of milk (any milk of your choice)
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 Tablespoons of aloe vera gel
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 star anise
  • Dash of nutmeg and ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of any sweetener (optional)
  • 1Tbsp of rhum, whisky, or gin

Preparation:

  1. In a casserole on low-heat, bring the milk, cinnamon and star anise to a boil.
  2. Meanwhile, beat the egg with the aloe vera gel in a small bowl.
  3. Add the boiled milk to the egg mixture after discarding the cinnamon + star anise.
  4. Then, stir in one tsp of honey or any sweetener with a dash of nutmeg and ginger.
  5. Finally, stir in the rhum. It makes two servings and you might feel warmer after drinking it! - Enjoy!!
