Cornell Cookbook #3: Hungarian Palacsinta (Crepes)

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ C flour
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 2 C milk
- 2 Tbsp butter (melted)
Instructions (be sure to follow the recipe precisely):
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Add eggs and milk; mix well. Add melted butter and mix well. Batter will be thin.
- Cook in nonstick pan. (Use a 1/4 C measuring cup to ladle just the right amount of batter for one perfect size palacsinta -- about 7" diameter)
- Serve w/ jam, fresh fruit, raisins + sugar-sweetened cottage cheese mixture...Yum!
