Cornell Cookbook #2: Lu Berries' Overnight Oats

Prep Time: 5 mins Total Time: 11 ½ hrs to 12 hrs Servings: 2-4

Ingredients

1 ⅓ cups oat milk (10.7 fluid ounces)

1 ⅓ cups rolled oats

4 teaspoons chia seeds

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Honey or maple syrup (optional)

Fruit, mint, or seed butter (optional)

 

Equipment

A large bowl

Wooden spoon

Airtight container

Dry measuring cups

Fluid measuring cup

Teaspoon measure

 

Directions

1. In a large bowl mix together, the oat milk, oats, chia seeds, and vanilla extract.

2. Pour the oat mixture into your airtight container, and let the mixture sit overnight in the refrigerator.

3. In the morning take it out of the refrigerator, and pour honey or maple syrup on top for sweetness. Then top with fresh fruit, or seed butter. Volià! Healthy breakfast done!
