Cornell Cookbook #21: Nothing Like Grandma's Cookies

3 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
8 tablespoons butter - softened (1 stick)
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup seedless jam
Pre-heat oven to 375.
Blend flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in large bowl.
Add peanut butter and butter.
Mix on medium-low with electric hand-mixer until crumbly.
Add honey and milk, blend well.
Form dough into 1" balls.
Place on ungreased baking sheet and press thumb into center of each.
Place 1/2 teaspoon of jam into each thumb print.
Rest in fridge for 5-10 minutes.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
Store in airtight container.
